Tie the Knot was a great dress shop! They had a wide variety of gowns that were in the price range I was looking for. They were also super helpful with my bridesmaids (who were all from out of town and each got to pick the dress in the style they wanted.) You should definitely check them out!

I'm not your typical girl who grew up dreaming of her white wedding. I went into Tie the Knot with no expectations, not knowing what I wanted, or what I liked, while my sisters, best friend and mother all threw dresses at me that I hated. Bless Sarah's heart, after a few dress' she found my dress and I had fallen in love. Our family has 3 weddings in less than 7 months (my sisters and I) and unlike many other bridal stores I had been in, we were treated with professionalism and more importantly like people, not a number. Brenda got to know all of my family rather well, worked with me while I tried to handle all of the wedding planning being 1000 miles away, helped my husband pick out tuxes and lend her ideas. We were never pushed or rushed into anything, and I always felt welcomed when we walked in through that door. I can't rave enough about Tie the Knot! Brenda and Sarah were the best!

Tie the Knot was great! I had amazing service and was never hassled when I came in randomly and wanted to try on my dress. I love that they have different dresses than all of the other stores and I know I had a one of a kind dress for my wedding!

They found my perfect dress! A bridesmaid dress in ivory! A steal and a beautiful gown!

This store is very overpriced. I found a wedding dress that I loved but it was $950, just slightly over my budget. I called around to a couple of other stores in the area, and found the EXACT same dress for $650! I never told the store that I found the dress for less somewhere else, but two days later I received an email from the manager of the store saying that there would be a price increase in a few days, but until then they would honor the $650 price from the day I came in to try on the dress. The day I tried on the dress though, it was $950-not $650 like they were claiming it was. I felt like they were pressuring me to rush and buy the dress before it went up to $950-which is a 46% increase in price! Also, they don't have a very big selection, and the store is very small. I am not a very large person, I typically wear a size 6 or 8 but a lot of the dresses in the store are 4-6, which I think is kind of small. I will never shop at this overpriced, non-helpful-staffed store again.

The staff at Tie the Knot was great and incredibly helpful! They have a great selection of dresses in all styles and sizes. Went to many different bridal stores in Northeast Wisconsin but came back to Tie the Knot because they had the best selection to choose from.

In the end, I was completely satisfied with Tie the Knot. My dress came in in the right color, right size, can't complain. Brenda is super sweet and friendly and she's the one who picked out the dress for me! No pressure in this store to buy anything ever! And all my girls dresses came in in the right sizes for them. Not much for alterations, so that was good! My only complaint is that when my dress was 1 month late, no one ever called me to say they were looking in to it, or following up. I had to call every week to find of the progress, and that started to bother me towards the end when the stress of not having a dress 1 month before my wedding started to sink in. They did everything they could though to get my dress in and it worked out in the end!

Tie The Knot took care of our bridesmaid dresses and the tuxes for our wedding. I found them to be extremely flexible and helpful from ordering right to the final details. They helped with recommending seamstresses and gave great fitting advice. They also worked with us to get the perfect tux combination we could not find anywhere else.

Tie the Knot was responsible for not only my gorgeous dress but also the dressed of all my bridesmaids. My bridal shopping experience prior to Tie the Knot was less than happy -- but with their excellent customer service and true love for their 'craft', I happily found the dress that was perfect for me. Additionally - they were able to steam my dress (in a pinch) for me at no charge and a smile on their faces! I feel so lucky to have been able to work with such a great studio and would recommend their services and their selection for any bride!

I found my bridesmaid's dress at Tie the Knot. Actually, when one of my bridesmaids went in to get sized for her dress, she ended up picking out her OWN wedding dress. The thing that stands out about Tie the Knot is one, their prices are ABSOLUTELY better than any other store in northeastern wisconsin and two, they are very flexible. I never made an appoitment and they were always more than will to help.

Tie the knot is a wonderful place to go for your wedding. For a small business, they have a great selection of wedding and mother of the bride dresses. I got my accessories there (tiara, candle holder, etc). You can tell the ladies who work there really love what they do, and they are so helpful. They will tell you what looks good or not, they will order for you what they dont have, and they treat you like you are special, not just another customer. Regretfully, I didnt get my dress there, but I would highly recommend it over some of the bigger companies.
