Overall, the Bridal Shoppe was great to work with. I did a lot of shopping around for my dress, but ended up coming back to the Bridal Shoppe not only because they had "my dress" but because they provided a great level of service. I enjoyed my experience with them and appreciate that they got to know me as an individual. We ordered our bridesmaid dresses, flower girl dresses, and tuxedos through them as well. It was very convenient to do business with one entity and the small discounts were helpful to our wedding party.

Was very happy with the dress I received. It was purchased off the rack and there were spots on it and at first they weren't willing to attempt to get them out but then they were. The price was very affordable for me. When picking up my dress they didn't even offer me an actual wedding dress bag or the option to purchase one. I had to go back (living 20 minutes away) days later to buy an actual dress bag. Also - I was referred and when I informed them of that, rather than refunding me the amount that I got because of it, they gave me a credit which I still haven't used as the wedding is now over! When bringing my mom to try on a dress we told them what we wanted and they were bringing us the total opposite. Ones we couldn't order in the color she wants, etc. Overall, service was just ok but dresses were definitely beautiful. Lots of options.

After shopping in the Twin Cities for dresses, I wasn't happy with much that I had found after a few months of looking (I had only seen 1 dress that I liked). 7 years ago my sister had gotten her wedding dress & bridesmaids dresses here, so I thought I'd make the trek and see what I could find. They had the dress there that I liked - and it was $100 cheaper than anywhere else I had ever seen it! So I got my dress & veil there AND they gave me a $100 gift card to use towards a purchase (used it on my veil & they were awesome on letting me do installments to pay for my dress and other accessories) We were also able to find bridesmaids dresses there too! They were a really simple design that my girls can easily use again. ALL the staff there were very helpful every time I called or stopped in. I would definitely recommend The Bridal Shoppe to anyone!

I only got my tuxs here, but they were great! One guy had his pants measured wrong, they were able to fix it a day later!

In the last few years I have been dress shopping with two other friends, and they each chose a dress from the Bridal Shoppe. Based on those experiences, when it was time for me to find a dress, I only made ONE appointment in my search - at the Bridal Shoppe - and I wasn't disappointed. For their price range (approx. $100 - $1500), they have the best selection. I received excellent personalized, energetic and positive service from the moment I walked in the door and throughout my fittings. The only advice I might add is don't shop on a Saturday during prom season! Whoo - busy!

They worked very well for me and my bridal dress, I only tried on 7 dresses and fell in love with one. We only had a problem with the bridesmaid dresses coming in in Pink instead of Red, but they realized they messed up so they rush ordered new dresses for us.

After visiting a number of bridal stores, I was exhausted. My last stop was the Bridal Shoppe. Lorna took care of everything that I needed. She found me the perfect dress, I was able to also get my bridesmaid, flower girl, groomsman and ring bearer attire there. On the other hand, the alterations staff was difficult to work with and very rude at times. During my final fitting my dress still did not fit, the length was not even at the bottom. She assured me and said that I would not need to try on my dress before my wedding. Being that the dress was wrong previously I insisted on trying it on. When I told her that, she informed me that she would not press the dress again in the event that it would be needed. My alterations were half the price of my dress and I just wanted to get my values worth.

Purchased bridesmaid dresses and tuxes from this vender. The people working there were very friendly and easy to work with. Provided help when we were ready, but allowed us to look around without being pressured. Quick delivery of dresses. They answered all of our questions about the tuxes, and the boys looked awesome!!
