Sams Rental

We rented our tent, tables, chairs, bar, and dance floor from Sam's. At first they were very easy to work with and adjusted everything for us as we found out what we needed. Our problems began 4 days before the wedding when they decided to set up the tent early without telling us. We got a call from the reception site because they were not happy about the tent being put up 2 days early. Sam's didn't repsond well to our concerns, however, the reception site was very flexible and allowed them to finish set up. In addition, my husband and I were not there yet, because it was early and we were traveling 4 hours for our wedding. We had to decide were to put everything over the phone. I told them put the dance floor in a corner. They put it in the one corner where all the lumps in the ground were. When we arrived and called them to move the dance floor because it wasn't safe were it was, they wanted to charge us extra to come out again. It took us a day to deal with them moving the dance floor which only took 1 hour for them. I didn't need that frustration before my wedding!
