Linstrom's Catering

My sister got married last year and had Linstrom's Catering. I just got married myself and wouldn't use anyone else but Linstrom's Catering! The food was awesome! Working with the owner was awesome! And my guests are STILL going on and on about it! I am posting, because I just recommended my best friend to Linstrom's Catering....She has them for next year!-great choice!

food was either dry or undercooked-the entire wedding party complained or commented about it during the meal and many more people mentioned the poor quality for the meals price after the wedding the woman we had to deal with while planning the meal was not enjoyable to work with

I had my wedding reception through Linstrom's Catering at the UW-FDL Campus, and it was PERFECT in every way! I chose Linstrom's Catering because they have an incredible reputation as being the best in the area....and I was thrilled. From the first phone call to Linstrom's to the last meeting their planners helped me every step of the way, from planning the delicious menu to the bar for my guests, We even got to do a tasting.....When I walked into the reception at the UW-FDL, Linstrom's had done an incredible job with the set up...it was beautiful! The bartenders were fun, the service was beyond my expectations...in fact they even helped my grandma throughout the night. The Chicken Proscuitto was to die for, and my guests are still raving about my reception......My mom recently hired Linstrom's Catering to do my cousins Baby Shower, and they said they were thrilled with the presentation and the flavor....I would recommend Linstrom's Catering!

Food was plentiful and delicious, but we requested everything down to a T so that it wouldn't be messed up. The service was HORRIBLE! They did not have enough servers even though we hired them at least 10 months in advance. I would not have gone with them, but we had to due to having our event at UW-Fond du Lac. Tables were each to get a one glass wine toast and some tables had a bottle at their table and some no wine at all! Some people also did not get cake. When we arrived, the tables were screwed up and even though I told them multiple times how many people we had, they still did not have enough tables. The owner told me "don't worry about a thing" the day before, but it was not right on our day. We also only ordered 3 kegs for our large wedding. Having never been married before, I had no idea we should of had one on reserve just in case we ran out. Well, we ran out and the woman who is in charge of events blamed me to my mother! And she brought her son in to wait tables, even though he did not work there. So unprofessional. Thank God the food was good, otherwise it would have been a total disaster! you are spending so much money for food and drinks, and to find out that she blamed me for the problems is so disappointing . It was MY wedding day afterall!
