Kesslers Diamonds

Bought the girl an SI2 diamond and got it home and saw flaws in it. Took it back and the sales people were very rude. Said they couldn't see it with their old eyes so I showed it to someone younger. She could see it plain as day. Not sure why they were rude because I ended up upgrading the diamond and spent more money.

amazing quality of service at kessler! my husband ordered his ring 3 different times due to his indecisiveness, everyone was quick and responsive and wonderful when it came to changing his order multiple times. wonderful ring selection knew exactly what I wanted, excellent warranty plan as well as restoration plan. Love them!

Great staff. Always professional and willing to help. A little expensive, but I guess you can't really have "blowout clearance sales" constantly if you're dealing in fine jewelry.

I was very excited to order a custom ring from Kesslers but their handling of my sale from the very first was poor at best. I put down $4000.00 on a $12,000+ ring and found that the only way to get any information on the status of my ring was for me to call THEM. Then, I was given several different dates as to when my ring would be in and three different times the date was pushed back. I don't know what an average sale is for Kessler's, but I felt that I was spending enough money there to warrant better customer service than I was given.

I absolutly love Kesslers. I broke my ring three weeks before the wedding and they were able to get it fixed, polished and even soddered my band to my engagment ring a week and a half later. They were fantastic. Not to meantion the insurance on the ring, we were able to save hundreds.

My husband chose Kessler's for my engagement ring and I was very pleased. The Brookfield store was very professional and helpful. We decided to continue our wedding jewelry purchases at this store because of this. My ring looks great with the wedding band and shines beautifully. There was a slight hiccup with my husband's ring as it took awhile to get in (past our wedding day). But, they loaned us a different ring for the big day. He finally got his ring and likes it. Overall very satisfied.

We had a great experience here and purchased my engagement ring and both of our wedding rings. You can't be the quality and price. The service is great too!

My boyfriend took my engagement ring here to be sized. He bought it from a jeweler in New York and had it appraised at around $10k by a very well known gemologist. After having the ring a couple days Kesslers had a women call us and leave on the voicemail how much it would cost to size it and that the diamond WAS NOT REAL. Not only did we panic but tried calling back and they closed right after she left the message. We left a message and she called us back in the morning claiming they tested it and there was no way it was a diamond and they were sure. After about 3-4 hours of us feeling sick to our stomachs after the money he spent and calling the gemologist and jeweler we purchased it from and giving him an earful Kesslers called us to say they were wrong and were sorry. Barly apologized for all they had put us thru and panic they caused. Imagine how we felt after we called this poor guy who was right and telling him he was wrong because Kesslers claimed they were sure when obviously they were wrong. Just because we didn't get the ring from them and it isen't the average cut of diamond. You would think before they left news like that on a voicemail they would know what they are talking about. Supposably their gemologist are so great but don't know what a rose cut diamond is and assume because the faucets are on the top instead of the bottom it's fake. The ring was sized beautifully but i expected more apologies and sincerity. I also expected because they are so well known they would know what they are talking about before putting a couple thru that. Very disappointed when their sales women at the Greenfield store knew more that the goldsmiths and gemologist at the Germantown store.

Our experience with Kesslers was a great one. we found the perfect wedding band for my husband and it was very affordable. they have also been fantastic about my ring (which was not purchased at kesslers, but is a family heirloom). they did some repairs and have been happy to clean it for me every time.

Service provided by most Kessler's salespeople was gracious and exuberant, very fun for soon to be newlyweds. They always cleaned the jewelry to that brand new sparkle and the selection is vast. The groom did have a difficult experience with one salesperson who was calling frequently to get full payment prior to the required date, one such call the future bride answered and the surprise could have been ruined. Flexibility and professionalism could have been improved in that case.

My fiance got my engagment ring here and we bought both wedding bands here as well. They re-sized the rings very quickly, which was great! The rings are beautiful and the customer service was exceptional. We are very pleased and will return again in the future.

I'm so impressed with this jeweler. I originally went to the Milwaukee location to pick out my engagement ring (we're not very old-fashioned, it was not a surprise) only because my mom told me she thought I should look there first. I went in there with a girl friend and told the sales person my price range. I was never pushed to go beyond that limit, and didn't feel rushed because when I went to look, I clearly wasn't going to buy anything. We bought our wedding bands from the Brookfield location. Both were staffed with extremely friendly and helpful employees.

We got our wedding bands from here. They are beautifull, but we had some slight problems. They took a long time in coming, and when they did. mine was in the wrong colour. I got it 5 days before the wedding...

Kessler's is five-stars in my book. I am impressed with their lifetime guarantee and so happy my husband bought my engagement ring there. We also purchased our wedding bands at Kesslers. I've had my engagement ring replated for free before the wedding, and I can usually pop in there at any time of day to get it cleaned. I'll be in and out in less than ten minutes (both Appleton and Menomonee Falls locations). They recommend replating the white gold once a year, and you can be sure I'll be taking full advantage of their guarantees. This place is great!

Naturally, the first purchase made at Kessler's I wasn't present for (the engagement ring), however, due to the complicated thing that became our rings, I ended up visiting them several times. They were very friendly and courteous, and always willing to fix issues (usually for free.) The first issue was that my engagement ring was too big (he checked the size of an old silver plated ring I'd had - I'd owned it so long, it was basically annihilated and hardly the size it started - kudos for checking though.) Because the ring was too big, it was causing the diamond to spin about, and get caught on things. They put a spanner on the back (a metal strip) to see if sizing it down would help. It did so...The next step, I preferred to have my band switched to white gold rather than yellow, and because of the odd shape of my fingers (basically flat in the back), they had to flatten the shank of my ring. They did all that willingly, for free, and in only a week.After that, it was time to shop around for wedding bands. I'm not very into big and flashy jewelery, considering most days I hardly wear any at all. So trying to find a band I liked was kind of a challenge. I eventually settled on a plain white gold band to match my engagement ring after a few trips to the store. The borrowed my engagement ring to make sure the wedding band was sized correctly. And, truly, that was my only complaint about the entire process with them. When my wedding band was returned, while the ring hole and therefore the ring was the right size, material jutted out over the sides of my engagement band. When the two rings fit together badly, the engagement ring would slip about, causing the same issues it did before I had it resized. I struggled for a long time after the wedding, about returning and having it fixed ( weird sentimental thing), but...I realized if I have to wear this ring the rest of my life, I really want it to be the right size. So...we returned, and they fixed it for free, in a week. So overall, I'm really satisfied with their service.

From the minute my husband bought my engagement ring at Kessler's, we have been treated wonderfully. The services they provide are extensive. They replaced my husbands ring 3 different times when it didn't fit right. They resurfaced (or whatever they called it) my engagement ring for free. And they are just so nice when the help you. You don't feel like you don't belong amongst all their beautiful diamonds. We will continue to buy jewelry from them.

I love my rings and we went to a lost treasures sale, but it was hard to find matching pieces with the bands and the band and engagement ring.

I bought my husband's ring from them. They are phenomenal. We don't have to bring the ring in for inspections but if something ever goes wrong they will cover it for free.
