I'm so impressed with this jeweler. I originally went to the Milwaukee location to pick out my engagement ring (we're not very old-fashioned, it was not a surprise) only because my mom told me she thought I should look there first. I went in there with a girl friend and told the sales person my price range. I was never pushed to go beyond that limit, and didn't feel rushed because when I went to look, I clearly wasn't going to buy anything. We bought our wedding bands from the Brookfield location. Both were staffed with extremely friendly and helpful employees.

Kessler's is five-stars in my book. I am impressed with their lifetime guarantee and so happy my husband bought my engagement ring there. We also purchased our wedding bands at Kesslers. I've had my engagement ring replated for free before the wedding, and I can usually pop in there at any time of day to get it cleaned. I'll be in and out in less than ten minutes (both Appleton and Menomonee Falls locations). They recommend replating the white gold once a year, and you can be sure I'll be taking full advantage of their guarantees. This place is great!

From the minute my husband bought my engagement ring at Kessler's, we have been treated wonderfully. The services they provide are extensive. They replaced my husbands ring 3 different times when it didn't fit right. They resurfaced (or whatever they called it) my engagement ring for free. And they are just so nice when the help you. You don't feel like you don't belong amongst all their beautiful diamonds. We will continue to buy jewelry from them.

I bought my husband's ring from them. They are phenomenal. We don't have to bring the ring in for inspections but if something ever goes wrong they will cover it for free.

Kessler is great to buy diamonds from. The number one reason I like it is because you don't have to go in every 6 months to get it looked at by the jeweler. You go in whenever you want and get it cleaned whenever you want. If a diamond falls out they put one back in for you. About a month ago I hit my ring on the banister of the steps really hard and it twisted the head on my diamond, the next day I took it in and a week later I got my ring back good as new. Friendly service and all for free!

Wonderful all the way around. I worked with the Appleton store, they take care of everything for my ring now and there is never a charge. Their commercials suck, but everything else about them is fantastic!

We bought our bands from Kesslers and they were and continue to be a great company. They offer lifetime assistance and they are very friendly.

We actually worked with several kessler stores. My husband bought my engagement ring from their Appleton location. I bought his ring from the Brookfield location. They are all wonderful. They work with you one on one and don't pressure you into anything you don't want to do. We had a problem with my first ring and they exchanged it for another one NO PROBLEM!!

They did an excellent job of helping us decide what we wanted while remaining within our budget!

My fiance got my engagment ring here and we bought both wedding bands here as well. They re-sized the rings very quickly, which was great! The rings are beautiful and the customer service was exceptional. We are very pleased and will return again in the future.

Naturally, the first purchase made at Kessler's I wasn't present for (the engagement ring), however, due to the complicated thing that became our rings, I ended up visiting them several times. They were very friendly and courteous, and always willing to fix issues (usually for free.) The first issue was that my engagement ring was too big (he checked the size of an old silver plated ring I'd had - I'd owned it so long, it was basically annihilated and hardly the size it started - kudos for checking though.) Because the ring was too big, it was causing the diamond to spin about, and get caught on things. They put a spanner on the back (a metal strip) to see if sizing it down would help. It did so...The next step, I preferred to have my band switched to white gold rather than yellow, and because of the odd shape of my fingers (basically flat in the back), they had to flatten the shank of my ring. They did all that willingly, for free, and in only a week.After that, it was time to shop around for wedding bands. I'm not very into big and flashy jewelery, considering most days I hardly wear any at all. So trying to find a band I liked was kind of a challenge. I eventually settled on a plain white gold band to match my engagement ring after a few trips to the store. The borrowed my engagement ring to make sure the wedding band was sized correctly. And, truly, that was my only complaint about the entire process with them. When my wedding band was returned, while the ring hole and therefore the ring was the right size, material jutted out over the sides of my engagement band. When the two rings fit together badly, the engagement ring would slip about, causing the same issues it did before I had it resized. I struggled for a long time after the wedding, about returning and having it fixed ( weird sentimental thing), but...I realized if I have to wear this ring the rest of my life, I really want it to be the right size. So...we returned, and they fixed it for free, in a week. So overall, I'm really satisfied with their service.

I love my ring. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are not "pushy" like other places.

Our experience with Kesslers was a great one. we found the perfect wedding band for my husband and it was very affordable. they have also been fantastic about my ring (which was not purchased at kesslers, but is a family heirloom). they did some repairs and have been happy to clean it for me every time.

My husband purchased my engagement ring at Kessler's. He was very pleased with the service he received. I had given him hints about what type of ring I wanted and through the description he gave them, he found EXACTLY what I wanted! When we began looking for wedding bands I was disappointed that my engagement setting did not have a matching band, or one that they knew of. After going to the designer's website I found that indeed there was a band. Kesslers was willing to order the band for me so that everything matched. My husband is in construction and did not want diamonds on his band- he wanted something that he would wear. After talking to the staff we learned that they were able to do custom designed rings. My husband had the idea of having a ring that had a barbed wire design on it to represent our two lives becoming linked together. When the initial drawings came back from the designer came back we were very impressed with the number of designs he had come up with. After choosing a design they made a mold for it and did a wax sample. The designer took my husband's suggestions, changed things a little, and came back with a new sample. We were thrilled with the final product and my husband receives compliments all of the time. We also love their replacement policies and the fact that I know in a few years I can trade in my 1-karat diamond solitaire for something bigger and just pay for the difference!

Service provided by most Kessler's salespeople was gracious and exuberant, very fun for soon to be newlyweds. They always cleaned the jewelry to that brand new sparkle and the selection is vast. The groom did have a difficult experience with one salesperson who was calling frequently to get full payment prior to the required date, one such call the future bride answered and the surprise could have been ruined. Flexibility and professionalism could have been improved in that case.

I love my rings and we went to a lost treasures sale, but it was hard to find matching pieces with the bands and the band and engagement ring.

we accually used the kesslers store out of Appleton Wi but it wasn't listed on here as a choice. They were great. They help pick out rings give advice and were great about getting everything here on time. they were also wonderful with getting the rings sized. my husband and I kept our rings a secret until the day of the wedding and everyone there helped keep the secret by not letting us see our rings. It was great!
