Kessler's was fantastic through our whole ring buying experience. We worked with Jenna to pick out our wedding bands and she was very helpful. I also like that there is always someone available to help as soon as you walk in the door. We will for sure be repeat customers at Kessler's!

We worked with Jenna at the Junction Rd location to purchase both of our wedding rings. We had a great experience in a fun and low-key environment. We actually went back three times before purchasing because we couldn't make up our minds, but Jenna was professional and courteous at each visit.Two months before the wedding, my husband wasn't happy with the fit of his ring. We had moved out of state, but I emailed Jenna and she helped us exchange the ring for a different size, at no cost to us. We used the secure mailing system, which is VERY secure.Kessler's provides amazing service and I would happily purchase jewelry there for the rest of my life if we still lived in the area.

We purchased our engagement and wedding rings from Kesslers and were very happy with the service and results. We did not feel pressured into buying very expensive rings and the atmosphere was relaxed. Our wedding rings were ordered and shipped to us quickly. The cost is a little more than what you would expect, but they also provide a lifetime warranty that obviously is built in to the cost. Overall, we were very satisfied with this vendor.

My husband bought my engagement ring at Kesslers in Madison and it is absolutely stunning! The cut and color are beautiful in my round solitaire. I love that Kesslers includes a lifetime warranty covering just about anything, including soldering, and you don't have to take the ring in every six months like you do at Zales or Kay. Their customer service has always impressed me. Only thing is, they are a bit expensive. I think their diamonds are cut better to make them sparkle more, though. I have recommended Kesslers to a lot of friends already, and I will continue to do so!

I went to Kessler's to look at diamonds and was shown a brown 1 carat diamond for $4,000. I went online to blue nile and priced a 1.01ct f color SI1 with no florescence ideal cut with a GIA certificate for $4,200. I went back and asked how much a diamond like the one I saw online would be and they said more than $7,000. Needles to say I bought the blue nile diamond and had it set somewhere else. It's like looking at a car at one car lot for 15k and then going down the street and seeing the same exact car for 30k.
