We had the best of service up until getting our appraisals on the wedding bands. They did not put in their computer system that one of our rings was bought, so they refused to give us the appraisal, even with us taking in the receipt to prove we bought it from their store. It took us 2 months to get this matter handled.Needless to say, we love the quality, but would consider working with a different location before going back to the store in Menomonee Falls.
