Wedding Coordinator was wonderful to work with and was always available for questions. The waitstaff was great with my wedding guests and making sure everything went smoothly. Had some issues with my guests not getting charged the correct room rates and had to follow-up numerous times to get it resolved.

We had our ceremony at their outside gazebo. It was beautiful. The best part was that I knew I didn't have to worry about them getting it set up or anything. Everything was taken care of. It was pouring that morning, and they didn't start bothering me at 10 am like I was nervous of - I was still hoping it would turn out to be a nice day! They called at 11:30 - the ceremony was at 1:30. At that time the sun had finally come out and they just called to confirm I was comfortable with still having the outside location. It was perfect - if they had tried to have me make a final decision early in the morning I would have been crushed since it ended up being perfect outside. Everything was set up, the water station cold, they were flexible about us bringing our own microphones etc. The only thing I was nervous about is that I wish they had the mixer out the night before for the rehearsal so we could make sure we had all the correct connections. Thank you Angela!

I had my ceremony in the Somerset room and my reception in the Meadowbrook room. Everything was wonderful! Katy was great to work with leading up to the wedding date. She answered my (many) emails promptly and gave me all of the information I needed. On the date of the wedding, all of the staff we worked with were professional and friendly. The food was amazing, and everything went as planned! There were a few other weddings going on at the same time as ours, but we still felt like ours was given the full attention it deserved. The only thing I will say to be careful of is that, due to the fact that they have so many weddings at once, they will be on a pretty tight schedule with usage of the rooms. It wasn't an issue for us, but please make sure to let your DJ, florist, etc, know when you can get into the areas ahead of time so they aren't caught off guard! All in all, would absolutely recommend Country Springs!

I had both my ceremony and reception at the Country Springs. They offered a good price for the quality of service provided. It was a beautiful and elegant setting for my wedding. The servers during the reception were all very professional and did a great job. We received rave reviews for the chicken bolognese that we selected as one of our entrees. One minor issue that we had was that the Garden Gazebo, our ceremony site is booked in 3 hour increments. There was a wedding right before ours, so we had very little time to set up the decorations and then needed to take them down right after the ceremony. It would be nicer if the Country Springs allowed slightly longer time slots for the Gazebo rental. Overall, I was very happy that I chose the Country Springs as my wedding venue.

We had the wedding ceremony outside, and the reception in one of the banquet halls. It was amazing! We were very well taken care of, and you get total value for every penny spent! This was one of the cheaper venues we found, yet it did not appear cheap. We had a wonderful time. The hotel was very willing to work with us and help every step of the way! 100% recommended!

Loved having our reception at the Country Springs! They were helpful, courteous, and professional! On the day of our wedding, we were taken care of 100%, with the manager checking in with us to be sure our specifications had been completely met. We even had plates of appetizers sitting at the head table for my husband and I because we got there after pictures and they were gone. I really appreciated that we were able to taste what we had chosen! The quick wait staff did a great job as well getting the food out to guests in a timely fashion as well as clean up. You barely knew they were there, but the staff made sure things got taken care of. 100% Recommend Country Springs.

I had my reception here. The food was excellent!! Everyone couldn't stop talking about how good it was. The prices were the best around especially for everything you got. They were really nice, but the only complaint would be that they had three different wedding people in charge from the time I began the whole process. The open bar prices were really great! Since they were so cheap we were able to do 7 hours of open bar which made all of our guests really happy. Honestly I would tell everyone to have their recpetion here. I might even do our anniversary celebration there!

We thought this was a fantastic place to have a wedding! We held our ceremony at The Gazebo outside which was beautiful and the reception in The Grand Salon. Overall, for a 200 person wedding, it was an excellent value in comparison to other vendors in the Milwaukee area. We couldn't have asked for more :)

They were polite but they seemed real set in their ways, it was pretty pricey for something as simple as i was looking for. Overall it was a pretty good experience though

This was a great place to hold our wedding ceremony. The price was reasonable and Kimberlie, the person we worked with, was very responsive and easy to work with. The gazebo was beautiful, and it turned out to be extremely beautiful after we decorated. The grassy area behind the gazebo was also really beautiful for taking pictures after the ceremony. We took most of our pictures there, and just went with our wedding party to Naga-waukee Park afterwards to finish taking pictures. The only issue was that there was a hornet nest inside the gazebo, which we found while we were taking pictures. I informed Country Springs about this, so hopefully it will be resolved for future brides. Overall, I would most definitely recommend this location!

Many issue with coordinator. We had to push to get room arranged the way we wanted it. Room wasn't set up on time and many items weren't returned. We also received call at ceremony time because staff couldn't figure out the simple things like place cards and tables.

Bad stuff first:Kimberlie had my mom tears on my wedding day! It flooded the night before and the ground was bit soggy. I still wanted it outside and it was not raining-the sky was blue and it didn't rain again until 5pm (my ceremony was at 2pm). Kimberlie kept insisting that there is "a 92% chance of rain at 2pm according to weather-bug." The national weather service said that it would not rain again until late afternoon. I soon found out that they had already set-up the chairs inside and had my dj set up inside too. My mom kept insisting that it be outside since she knew that I wanted it outside unless there was rain falling from the sky. Kimberlie continued to argue with my mom until she was in tears! She finally relented and said we could have it outside, but no chairs since they would sink into the ground. WTH!! Now I had to get my mother-in-law involved. She and groomsmen had the staff set up on the cement a bit further back from the gazebo. Such a headache for no reason!! She just didn't want to make the crew set up again, when they should have waited for my final decision in the first place.Good stuff:The food was awesome! The catering people were so wonderful the banquet manager checked in with me twice to make sure everything was going well and the servers were great! The bartenders were wonderful and everything else went very smooth. They set some stuff up for us and the set up of the reception hall was perfect! Overall the day turned out wonderful thanks to the catering staff!!!!Kimberlie was actually pretty good up until the day of. She helped with some vendor recommendations and was generally pretty patient when my numbers were not coming out right. I would recommend Country Springs to another bride, but maybe ask to work with Becky instead.

Everyone here was extremely helpful and courteous. I do, however, believe that the bride and groom should have a complimentary one night stay, even if it's in the lowest grade room, especially when paying so much for a the hall and catering.

While this is a well known company and they have been doing this for awhile, we had a bad photographer. Chris Martinez was extremely slow at taking pictures and took too many. I never thought I'd have too many pictures of my wedding day, but I spent well over 1/2 my wedding day infront of his camera. When we got our pictures back he missed some key pictures like taking a picture of my family with my new husband. I would recommend spending some more money to upgrade your photographer to a more saught after photographer in the company.

We were very specific that our wedding color was red so we booked the Somerset room for that reason. When I showed up the table cloths were all set in white. I asked if they could change them and instead, they just threw the table cloths on the table, still folded and left the room thus leaving me, the bride to remake all the tables. Afterward, I put my dress on for a quick rehearsal since the ceremony was starting in a little less than an hour. I came back into the room to find them setting up for the dinner. We were VERY specific that only the wedding party and family were to attend the dinner after the ceremony and that we didn't want the guests who were not invited to the dinner to know about in order to avoid offending them. I had to take the dishes off the table myself which in turn caused me to end up walking down the aisle without any makeup on or my hair being done. It was a mess! We were not informed that the food we had ordered at the reception could not be taken home so after paying hundreds of dollars for food that was untouched due to people being too busy dancing and socializing, we had to leave it all there. The reception ended at eleven and our left over cake had been stored in the back. It wasn't until one in the morning that someone was able to come and give us the cake.... Although, it was a mess, the servers who served the dinner and who served at the open bar were wonderful. The room itself was gorgeous and moderately priced. In the end, I believe that most of the fault was the planner that worked for the hotel, not the hotel itself.

Small snag at reception, had the wrong beer on tap. Staff ADDED beer to tap, and kept the wrong one too. VERY CONSIDERATE!

The Country Springs was the perfect location for doing the ceremony and reception in one location. The service was so so. I felt like they would not budge on much.(no dealing) The day of the wedding we worked with a diferrent group of people and they were great. I stayed in one of the large suites and was truely dissappointed. The whirlpool was extremely dirty and even though my husband checked out of his room they still charged us another night and then said we lied. I work in Loss prevention so I am the last person to do something like that and was truely insulted when they wanted to check video and treated me so poorely. So not only was the room dirty and had to pay for a night in a room that no one was in. The food was good and the staff was good. They were really slow at removing the tables for everyone to dance but they were nice enought to ask guest if they wanted seconds for those that did not show up for the dinner so we did not lose out on the price of those that did not show up.

It took a few drafts of our agreement before our Sales Rep finally got it right, but on our Wedding Day everything was exactly the way I wanted it. I was very disappointed with our taste testing. The do a group taste testing with everyone for the next six months and they only provide some of the menu options. Unfortunately none of our top choices were available for us to try so I had to plan my menu blind. Everything turned out pretty well though. Also, we had our Ceremony inside in the Grand Ballroom and the lighting was weird, all of my pictures and video turned out with a yellow tint to them.
