BAY BUS SHUTTLE, LLC/PRESIDENTIAL LIMOUSINE

They were great to work with and had no complaints about the bus! The driver was great and was easy to work with even with all the chaos of a wedding!

Bay Bus was excellent to work with and accomodating! The price was significantly cheaper than the bigger companies, which is the initial reason we checked them out!! Then, the buses were clean and well kept; which is the reason we booked them for our wedding party!

I have used this vendor 3 times this year including not only our wedding day, but my bachelorette party and my husband's bachelor party. Every time I call, they are friendly and accomodating, and even when I call because I forgot when we had what bus for what! (It got a little confusing towards the end!) On the day or our wedding, our driver was nothing short of awesome. She even offered to go to the gas station and get us more water while we were waiting for the ceremony to begin just because we were running low. They have always been on time and true to their contract. Reallly like this company and their customer service. The only reason I gave a 4 for value for cost is the toliet has been broken each time we've used it. Our last driver explained why, something with piping freezing in winter, but it makes for a smelly mess when your slightly intoxicated groomsmen don't use the water bucket that's there for this reason to flush down their #1's. But hey, it's a bus not a 5 star resort!
