Always Over The Top Photography

Dennis and Kathy were great. They were on time and came to find me to start taking pictures. They sent me forms and timelines/suggestions before the wedding so I could plan out the day better. My dad even complimenting them!! And he's hard to please. Also we get the copyrights to all the photos, which is hard to find at the price they charge. The only bad thing is it takes a little while to get the photos, I've been anxious to see how they all turned out!! But I would definitely recommend them to family and friends

HORRIBLE! Not only did this husband wife team pout when I asked them to go 6 blocks in our limo to take pictures of my groom getting ready while the bridesmaids finished up, they were RUDE to our guests! I had many people complain to me after the wedding how much they did not like the Photographers. A week after the wedding, they emailed us for more money claiming a travel charge that they initially said did not exist when we booked them. And to top it off because we already had engagement pictures done, I requested family pictures being that the engagement pictures were a free part of the package. They are now refusing to take our family pictures after it was agreed upon at the booking and in the contract. One more thing...I don't even have my pictures yet! I would never, ever recommend these people to anyone. In fact most of my stress on my wedding day and after is because of these two people!!!!

To Disappointed Bride I don’t mind you writing a review good or bad, but at least I think you should be honest. We were not, as you say “pouting” you were running one hour behind. Photos were to start at 11AM you walked into the church at 11:55 AM. We felt there wasn’t going to be enough time to get all the photos you wanted taken before the ceremony and that is just what we told you. However, within 5 minutes I came back to you and told you we would go and we did and got all the photos you wanted. This is the first I am hearing about being “Rude” to your guests. I took over 250 photos of just your guest and I don’t remember anyone saying we were rude. And do you remember the big 30 plus family photos we took - there must have been at least 5 or 6 different setups. I sure would like to know what guests we were “RUDE” too. You wrote this review on Dec 30th your wedding was Dec 12th and I had to mail your photos (at not cost to you) - I informed you the day of your wedding it would take 3 to 4 weeks which it did. I believe you received your photos on Jan 13th. I never claimed the travel charge did not exist. You claimed it did not exist. You did not request family photos at booking it was requested later. And it was never in any contract. I am sorry that your day was so stressful, again this is the first I have heard of this. I don’t remember you saying anything to us as at all. And you sure didn’t seem stressful to us. We took every photo that you wanted and more. Tracing though 1 ½ feet of snow so you could get that outside photo you wanted. Following you to bars for those bar shots. I believe you ended up with over 1100 photos and many of them enhanced. We have done over 400 weddings and you are the first one to ever tell us that we brought on stress and for that I am sorry. Your day should be remembered with joy not sorrow.

We were pleased with the quality of service we received from this husband and wife team of photographers. They have different photo packages to choose from that meet just about anyone's needs. Engagement photos were included in our package and they took about 1,000 photographs at our wedding. They also do videophotography if so desired. Otherwise, all of the photos are taken digitally. Our only complaint is that they would have taken the entire time of our wedding taking pictures if they could have...They really tired us out!
